This role is ideal for a clinically experienced, compassionate pharmacist who is passionate about supporting patients living with HIV/AIDS and underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and counsel patients on HIV medications, chronic disease treatments, and preventative therapies

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, patient-centered care

• Manage insurance claims and maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations

• Utilize pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory management

What We're Looking For:

• Active WA Pharmacist License: Unrestricted and in good standing

• Patient-Centered Care: Deep commitment to supporting marginalized communities

• Clinical Proficiency: Baseline understanding of HIV therapies and chronic condition management; AAHIVP certification is a plus

• Technical Skill: Experience with pharmacy management systems (McKesson Enterprise preferred)

• Team-Oriented: Ability to work within interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Strong Communicator: Able to clearly explain medication regimens and support patient adherence
