Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for designing implementing and managing the pharmacy clinical programs. This includes formulary management policy and procedure development and education across the healthcare spectrum. The Clinical Manager shall also assist in managing the pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director or designee is unavailable.
What qualifications you will need
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree Doctorate in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required
Registered FL Pharmacist License Current required Board Certification preferred
8 years of experience in pharmacy in a hospital setting required
3 years in a clinical pharmacy position preferred
