Your Impact

You'll serve as both a clinical leader and operational driver, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy staff
  • Champion medication safety and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Optimize workflows, staffing, and pharmacy systems
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Support implementation of new technologies and best practices

What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Active Texas Pharmacist License (or eligible upon hire)
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience

Preferred:

  • PharmD
  • 1–3+ years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, or Lead)
  • Experience in hospital or pediatric pharmacy settings
  • Strong background in staff development and operational oversight
