The Certified Clinical Pharmacy Technician supports the safe, accurate, and efficient preparation and distribution of medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role serves as a liaison between patients, providers, clinic staff, and pharmacists to improve coordination of care, optimize patient access to clinical pharmacy services, and enhance workflow efficiency. This role assists with medication reconciliation, transitions of care activities, appointment coordination, patient outreach, medication access support, and documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
