Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to members regarding medication refills.
- Provide exceptional customer service during member interactions.
- Encourage and assist members with medication refills.
- Handle provider and pharmacy calls as needed.
- Process or assist with faxes and complete independent work assignments.
- Accurately document and complete assigned work while following established procedures and workflows.
- Work effectively with trainers, team members, providers, pharmacies, and members.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 1–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active Georgia State Pharmacy Technician License.
- PTCB Certification.
- Experience working with a health plan or health insurance organization.
