EDUCATION: Doctorate: Graduate of an accredited medical school Successful completion of a medical residency program Successful completion of a medical internship program

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 8 years recent relevant experience.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: MD-Doctor of Medicine OR DO-Doctor of Osteopathy of California CSRC-Controlled Substance Registered Certification (DEA) BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, if required by entity Board eligible or Board certified in area of specialty ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider DEPARTMENT REQUIRED CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: Department: Emergency Department, PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support Department: Pediatrics, PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support Department: SCH OBGYN: NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (not required at SCH for other departments) Department: SCH Internal Medicine, Urology, ENT, Ortho: ACLS not required
