Clinical Producer - Health

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid - City Center 4: Tues-Thurs onsite, Monday and Fridays remote with some flexibility)

Introduction

We are seeking an established professional to support the development of health products and features. The role involves partnering closely with clinicians and driving cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and regulatory partners. You will apply both strategic and execution skills to guide features through all development cycles, from early ideation through development and launch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of digital product development, preferably in the health space
• A proven track record of driving features from concept to launch, with the ability to craft compelling product proposals and apply a keen eye for user experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders, navigate conflict, and build consensus across teams
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the willingness and ability to flex between tactical execution and strategic thinking throughout the day
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• A self-starter who is both proactive and accountable, able to perform with minimal supervision and quickly unblock yourself when things are unclear
• Experience in the health and wellness space
• Ability to craft studies designed to evaluate product concepts and technology capabilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians to distill clinical concepts and subject matter expertise into clearly articulated product opportunities and requirements
• Advocate for clinical priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and execute implementation with cross-functional partners throughout the feature development process
• Facilitate internal, cross-functional, and executive reviews by owning slide development, coordinating meetings, capturing feedback, and driving action items
