Clinical Program Director


Position Summary
South County Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Program Director to oversee outpatient and community-based behavioral health programs, including therapy, case management, forensics, residential services, Navigate, and psychosocial rehabilitation programs. This senior leadership role is responsible for supervising clinical operations, improving service delivery, ensuring contractual and quality outcomes, and supporting the organization’s mission of accessible, high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related human services field meeting licensure requirements under F.S. 490 or 491
  • Current Florida licensure as a practitioner under F.S. 491
  • Minimum five (5) years of behavioral healthcare administration experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of senior management experience (CEO, COO, Program Director, or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Trauma-Informed Care and/or Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC)
  • Experience with state and federal grant processes
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and behavioral healthcare regulations
  • Experience overseeing multi-program behavioral health operations


Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule & Work Details
Full-Time Position
Schedule: Monday – Friday (hours may vary based on organizational needs)
Location: In-person (Delray Beach, FL)
Pay: $125,000 annual
