Description:
• The Clinical Program Director of Residential Services provides leadership and oversight of residential behavioral health treatment services.
• This full-time position, based in Waterbury, CT, requires the management of clinical and operational functions to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• The role involves supervising a multidisciplinary team and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
• Provide leadership and management of the Residential Treatment Program.
• Coordinate and oversee program operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff through individual and group supervision.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide clinical leadership.
• Review and approve clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with facilities to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services field.
• Active Connecticut licensure required: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; LADC is a plus.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a residential behavioral health treatment program preferred.
• Experience with CSSD and/or DMHAS-funded programs preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel as needed.
• Must possess a valid Connecticut driver's license.
