Description:
• The Clinical Program Director oversees residential behavioral health services, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. 
• This onsite role in Waterbury, CT, requires leadership in program operations, staff supervision, and compliance with regulations. 
• The position is contract to perm with weekday shifts and requires proficiency in general technology applications.

Requirements:
• Provide leadership and management of residential treatment program.
• Coordinate and oversee program operations and compliance.
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight for staff.
• Lead recruitment and professional development of staff.
• Participate in on-call schedule for clinical leadership.
• Monitor program budgets and financial performance.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant disorders and treatment practices.

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active CT State licensure: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in residential behavioral health.
• Experience with CSSD and/or DMHAS-funded programs preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid CT State driver's license.
• Ability to meet routine physical demands.
