Are you a passionate and experienced behavioral health professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Program Supervisor to lead and support three dynamic programs serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across the continuum of mental health and substance use treatment.

Programs Supervised:

  • Mental Health Child & Adolescent Case Management
  • Substance Use Case Management
  • Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT)
  • Permanent Supportive Housing

In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, program oversight, and administrative guidance to multidisciplinary teams committed to improving the lives of those we serve. You will also play a key role in program development, service enhancement, and strategic planning to ensure programs remain responsive to community needs and aligned with best practices. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with agency, state, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support clinical and case management staff
  • Provide clinical consultation and supervision
  • Monitor program performance, outcomes, and compliance
  • Develop and enhance programs to improve service delivery and meet community needs
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and quality improvement
  • Foster collaboration across programs and community partners
  • Promote excellence in service delivery and client care
  • Support staff development and professional growth
  • Support staff in helping individuals obtain, maintain, and successfully transition into permanent housing.
  • Ensure services promote housing stability, independence, self-determination, and community integration.
  • Coordinate with landlords, housing providers, community partners, behavioral health providers, hospitals, social service agencies, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

VOCATIONAL/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

Requires a bachelor's degree in business management, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standards, this position requires a minimum of four years of related, full-time equivalent experience.

SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

  • Requires licensure appropriate to area of responsibility.
  • Requires a valid driver's license and a driving record that is in compliance with the City Driving Standards.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:

Employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies. Emergency operations support work and work locations may be outside of normal job duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • · Minimum five years' experience working with individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, or complex behavioral health needs.
  • · Minimum of four years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • · Demonstrated experience working with individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and housing instability required.
  • · Experience with child/adolescent behavioral health services, SUD case management, and OBAT/medication-assisted treatment.
  • · Experience collaborating with schools, courts, medical providers, community treatment partners, and recovery support organizations.
  • · Experience in program development, quality improvement, and community partnership building.
  • · Strong knowledge of mental health, substance use, and recovery-oriented systems of care.
  • · Strong knowledge of serious mental illness, recovery-oriented services, and behavioral health systems.
  • · Ability to develop and maintain effective community partnerships.
  • · Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
