New River Valley Community Services' School Based is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor! The School Based Clinical Program Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to school-based case management staff, therapeutic day treatment providers, and outpatient staff in the school setting. The School Based Program Supervisor acts as a liaison between staff, NRVCS agency, and school system. This role also ensures quality services are provided and documented that meet policy and regulations set forth by agency, DMAS, and DBHDS.
- At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services, preferably in a community based mental health setting is required.
- Supervisory experience is required.
Starting Salary: $63,300-Depending on ExperienceEducation Requirements:- Master's Degree in Social Work or other license-eligible field is required.
- Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia or LMHP-E with the ability to become licensed within six months of hire is required.
