Job Title: Full-Time Clinical Psychiatrist (Hybrid) Up to $490K+

Required Skills:- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative care approach
- Experience with medically complex or hospitalized patients preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:- Board-certified or eligible in Psychiatry
- Prior experience with inpatient consults or outpatient management
- Experience working with patients coping with trauma, chronic illness, or complex diagnoses
Other Requirements:- Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
- License and certification requirements as per internal job description
Compensation and Benefits:- Up to $490,000+ annually (includes base salary, signing bonus, retention bonus, productivity incentives, supervision stipends, equity grant)
- No on-call requirements, ensuring predictable hours and personal time
