Our newest Psychologist will join a team of 34+ clinicians. You"ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will experience:
Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work life balance with options to practice hybrid remote or a 4-day work week option all with and built-in administrative time.
Innovative care: Our Behavior Health team expands across the continuum of care, offering collaborative care model embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, as well as trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR.
Balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends, 60-minute intakes, 30-45-minute follow-ups, Epic EMR, multidisciplinary practice with primary care and specialty consultations and collaboration.
Support: Case managers, regular consultation groups, dedicated mentor for your first year
Practice: Developing and coordinating a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems. Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate. Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups.

Required Qualifications:
The salary range for this role is $91,700 to $163,700 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Fraudulent Activity Notice

The fraudulent LinkedIn messages and emails, which do not originate from any Executives LinkedIn account or of UnitedHealth Group's email domains, or those of any of its operating divisions, supposedly conducts an interview via a Zoom meeting, offers a work from home job at Optum, emails an application, sends a fake check by next day delivery through USPS and asks recipients to pay a vendor a large dollar amount. These counterfeit-check cashing schemes exist and use a variety of deceptions to get people to cash these fraudulent checks.
