• Licensure/Certifications: Valid Clinical Psychologist license required
• Experience: Prior clinical psychology experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group psychological assessments and therapy sessions
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
• Document clinical interactions accurately in accordance with facility guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Participate in regular supervision and staff meetings
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Support crisis interventions as needed

What You Need:

• Valid Licensed Clinical Psychologist credential in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle a diverse patient population with sensitivity and professionalism
• Preferred: Experience in community mental health or outpatient settings
