This position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, coordinating, and directing regulatory compliance objectives and its activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern facility programs.
A strong predictor of success for the role is the individuals' accountability for decreasing risk and mitigating non-compliance with patients, staff, visitors and the community. Through strategic planning, leadership and consultation, this person will lead and direct facility teams (remote and onsite) in the identification and implementation of strategic goals and objectives throughout the facility to reduce non-compliance.

EXPERIENCE
Required to have a minimum of six (6) months training/experience in Long Term care setting, with a working knowledge of aseptic technique to include but not limited to quality, regulatory compliance, infection control and prevention or other applicable experiences.
