  • Background in CNS, mental health, psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health research, with familiarity in conditions such as depression.
  • Hands-on experience in clinical research processes, including patient screening, patient recruitment, and clinical trial coordination.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and ethical frameworks governing clinical research, including FDA, ICH, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification is a plus.
  • Candidates with a high school diploma or associate degree may be considered with relevant experience.
  • Experience working in psychiatry, behavioral health, sleep, neuroscience, or related therapeutic areas is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with clinical trials involving depression and other CNS or mental health indications is an advantage.
  • Ability to support participant retention strategies and contribute to a positive trial experience.
  • Interest in advancing psychiatric, behavioral health, and CNS research and contributing to future treatment options.
