Clinical Research Coordinator (CNS)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from start-up through close-out
• Guide and support patients throughout study visits, procedures, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and clinical research associates (CRAs/monitors)
• Perform phlebotomy and ensure patient safety and protocol adherence
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ALCOA-compliant documentation
• Manage multiple studies simultaneously while maintaining high quality and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical research coordination experience (required)
• Direct experience in CNS, psychiatry, psychology, or behavioral health research (required)
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong ability to independently manage multiple clinical trials
• Excellent organizational, communication, and patient interaction skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.50/hr.
