    Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our growing team in Texas and Oklahoma. This is a position, ideal for someone with early experience in medical research who is looking to develop professionally within a growing organization.

This person will be responsible for coordinating operations across 3 research sites (2 in Texas and 1 in Oklahoma), supporting protocol compliance, data integrity, and subject safety at each location. The primary base for this role will be Oklahoma, and availability to travel to Texas periodically will be required based on study needs.

This is a perfect opportunity to grow with us: the selected candidate will gain direct exposure to multiple studies and sites, building a strong foundation of experience and positioning themselves for greater responsibility within NRC over time.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage operations across 3 research sites (2 in TX and 1 in OK), ensuring protocol compliance and adherence to applicable regulations at each location.
    • Oversee EDC (Electronic Data Capture) management, resolve data queries, and follow up on IRB updates and laboratory data.
    • Obtain and maintain access to all required EDC systems for assigned studies; review and resolve queries within a 48–72 hour response window.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned protocol requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
    • Develop organizational aids and checklists to facilitate efficient patient recruitment and enrollment across sites.
    • Conduct study-related procedures, ensuring protocol compliance throughout subject participation.
    • Collect and record complete and accurate study data in accordance with the 24–48 hour data entry policy.
    • Manage subject participation according to ethical, regulatory, and protocol-specific requirements.
    • Complete case report forms (CRFs), data entry, and adverse event (AE) reporting in a timely manner.
    • Communicate protocol-related issues clearly and promptly to the appropriate management staff.
    • Maintain regular, professional communication — in both English and Spanish — with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, and each site's recruitment team.
    • Review and respond promptly to email correspondence from sponsors, monitors, and internal staff.
    • Participate in quality assurance activities, including monitoring visits, internal audits, sponsor audits, and FDA audits.

    What We're Looking For

    • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written — a fundamental requirement for this role given the work with subjects, sponsors, and bilingual teams.
    • Prior experience in medical research / clinical research (junior or entry-level experience is acceptable, provided there is hands-on exposure to the field).
    • Availability to be based primarily in Oklahoma and travel periodically to sites in Texas.
    • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable federal regulations for clinical studies (preferred).
    • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different sites simultaneously.
    • Proactive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

    What You'll Find With Us

    • A real opportunity for professional growth within an expanding clinical research organization.
    • Hands-on exposure to multiple studies and sites, broadening your experience early in your research career.
    • A collaborative team that values ongoing development and training.
    • The opportunity to take on greater responsibility as you grow in the role.
    • A workplace committed to ethics, quality, and patient safety.

Location• Primary base: Oklahoma• Sites managed: 2 sites in Texas and 1 site in Oklahoma• Travel: availability to travel to Texas periodically based on operational needs of the sites.
