    As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day management of industry-sponsored clinical research studies, working alongside physicians, sponsors, and research professionals to ensure every study is conducted with the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.     What You'll Do

    • Coordinate all phases of clinical trials from study start-up through closeout.
    • Perform phlebotomy and collect study-related samples and data.
    • Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, sponsor protocols, and site SOPs.
    • Educate and support study participants throughout their research journey.
    • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and laboratory partners.
    • Maintain accurate source documentation and report adverse events as required.

    What You'll Bring

    • 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
    • Phlebotomy experience required
    • Experience with industry-sponsored investigational product (IP) studies required
    • Bachelor's degree required; CCRC certification preferred
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
