Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support Phase I Oncology clinical trials.
- The ideal candidate will independently coordinate study activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Phase I oncology clinical research studies.
- Recruit, enroll, and retain study participants.
- Manage study documentation, data collection, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with IRB, FDA, HIPAA, guidelines.
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and study monitors.
- Report adverse events and maintain accurate study records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
- Hands-on experience with Phase I Oncology treatment trials.
- Experience working in a hospital or academic medical center.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
- Strong knowledge of IRB, FDA regulations, HIPAA, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Note: Candidates with only CRO or Pharma CRA experience will not be considered
