    How you'll make an impact in this role

    • Lead clinical research execution by collaborating with principal investigators and sponsors to plan, conduct, evaluate, and report on multi-project clinical trial protocols.

    • Oversee patient trial journeys by managing participant recruitment, scheduling, and compliance while rapidly addressing adverse events to ensure participant safety and trial integrity.

    • Drive Institutional Review Board (IRB) compliance by managing IRB submissions, maintaining meticulous trial documentation, and preparing teams for regulatory audits.

    • Champion project communication and outreach by developing departmental presentations, educational materials, and marketing assets to boost trial visibility and stakeholder engagement.

    What minimum requirements you'll need

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • Certification specializing in Research Professional preferred.
    • Research Professional preferred.

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
