Job Description
Clinical Research Manager
Location: Miami, Florida area
Salary Range: $104,000-142,000k/Annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Research Operations to oversee all facets of clinical research operations
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and institutional regulations governing clinical research
- Supervise a team of research nurses, coordinators, and healthcare professionals involved in research activities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance for clinical research initiatives
- Manage, plan, and coordinate various clinical research projects
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator credential
- SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional designation
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
- BLS certification
- Additional Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in clinical research
- Seven or more years of experience in clinical trials operations
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in clinical research within an academic or research setting
