Clinical Research Nurse's Main Objective

Overall, the Clinical Research Nurse is responsible for supporting high-quality clinical trial execution while delivering an excellent experience for patients, physicians, and study partners:

• Patients feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable throughout their study participation
• Study visits are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to protocol requirements
• Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported to help meet study goals
• Participant retention is prioritized so patients attend and complete required visits throughout the trial
• Clinical data and visit documentation are entered accurately and in a timely manner across required systems
• IM injections are administered safely and accurately
• Strong communication is maintained with sponsors, CROs, physicians, and internal team members to keep studies moving forward
• Sponsor and client interactions are handled professionally to ensure a high level of service both onsite and remotely
• Physician trust is maintained by staying organized, knowledgeable, and proactive in communicating patient and protocol updates

Skills needed to win

• Required:Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a patient-facing healthcare setting
• Required:Active RMA, CCMA, CMA, LPN, or RN certificate
• Preferred:B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
• This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.

Job Type: Full-Time 40+ hrs
Salary: $55,000-$70,000
