Job Description Summary:
The Clinical Research Recruiter (CRR) in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Research is responsible for coordinating and executing participant recruitment, intake, and pre-screening activities across multiple clinical research studies. This role supports multiple Principal Investigators (PIs) across a variety of disease areas and may also provide recruitment support to other divisions at the request of the PI or Division leadership.
The Clinical Research Recruiter works closely with investigators, clinical research coordinators, and study teams to ensure efficient identification, engagement, and enrollment of eligible participants, while maintaining compliance with institutional, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications
Work Experience: Five (5) years of experience in clinical research or related field, including recruitment of research participants. Education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Compensation Statement:
The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
