What We're Looking For
PhD, PsyD, or MD in Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, Psychiatry, or related field
1+ year of clinical mental health research experience
Strong peer-reviewed publication record
Experience designing and leading empirical research, including study design, analysis, and scientific writing
Strong background in quantitative and/or psychometric methods
Experience with digital mental health, AI, or LLMs is highly preferred
Experience with IRB processes, R/SPSS/Python, or AI evaluation is a plus
Experience with adolescent/youth mental health is a strong plus
Postdocs and early-career researchers are welcome to apply.
