Clinical Research Specialist (000162)

Duties:

Non-Clinical - Pre-Ex
Comprehensive statistical consulting and data analysis, and statistical evaluation of the nursing research studies
Provide statistical support to nursing research studies
Work collaboratively with multiple RN PIs and Co-PIs at any H+H facilities
Help with development of hypothesis, study design/methodology, sample size and power analysis
Prepare reports and interpretation of statistical data using SPSS, SAS or any related statistical programs
Collaborate with Nursing Excellence and Nursing Quality to analyze large data set and make inferences for national benchmarking /nursing excellence (example-ANCC Magnet )
Help with potential nursing research studies involving comparative analysis and meta-analysis
Help with completing abstracts, manuscripts and reports for publication of nursing research studies

Skills:

Expert in SPSS analysis
Strong background in the use of data management and statistical software packages
