UC Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for 5 Ridgeway, Department of Psychiatry at the UC Medical Center.
The Clinical Shift Supervisor assumes the responsibility for ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered, maintaining expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service, and supervision of nursing staff. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will also assist with cost containment, and manage all employees to do the same. The position requires knowledge of leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Education: BSN in nursing and current license in state of practice.
Experience: 5 years clinical and progressive management experience, preferred.
Education and Licensure: BSN in nursing and current license in the state of practice.
Years of Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in area of psychiatry.
