Job Summary
The Clinical Service Desk Support professional will provide application and technical support to the Clients Medical Facility, with a primary focus on the Cerner EMR system. The role will support end users, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate escalations, and provide basic over-the-phone training and guidance.

Job Summary
The Clinical Service Desk Support professional will provide application and technical support to the Clients Medical Facility, with a primary focus on the Cerner EMR system. The role will support end users, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate escalations, and provide basic over-the-phone training and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for Cerner EMR technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues using established procedures and tools.
- Assess, document, and appropriately escalate issues to other Information Services teams.
- Support Cerner account creation and modifications.
- Assist with Active Directory password resets.
- Coordinate with Cerner technical support teams to research and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain user training guides and documentation.
- Document and monitor workflows, procedures, and system updates.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of service desk/help desk experience.
- EMR experience required, preferably Cerner.
- Clinical experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
