The Clinical Services Manager oversees the operational delivery of clinical care across all primary care clinic locations. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care by standardizing clinical workflows, optimizing staffing models, and supporting clinical teams across all sites.
The Clinical Services Manager provides leadership, clinical guidance, and operational support to nursing and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment. This position plays a key role in aligning clinical operations with the organization’s strategic objectives and pillar goals, driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, efficiency, and patient experience.
This role has accountability for the overall clinical operations of the clinics, including policy and procedure development, patient flow and scheduling oversight, application of the nursing process, and staff management.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Normal days of operation are Monday thru Friday but may be required to work varying hours.
