Palliative Care Manager (LMSW) Full-Time | Grand Rapids, MI and Surrounding Areas

Shift Information:-- Mon-Fri 8:30-5 (could be required to participate in manager on call rotation for hospice operations
Job Responsibilities
Lead all program startup activities, including workflows, policies, and operational design Manage program budget, financial performance
Supervise and support palliative care staff in collaboration with the Medical Director
Oversee compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and accreditation standards

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work required; hospice or palliative care related leadership experience preferred.
Prior program development experience preferred
Experience in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office products is required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, and guide teams through periods of growth and change.
