As the overnight mental health professional on site, you will serve individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and substance use crises until they transition to ongoing community services.Salary range $55,309.50-$78,986.50 +$4.00 Shift Premium.Why the 3rd Shift MattersCrisis does not keep business hours. Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a behavioral health facility serving individuals who may be in acute crisis and experiencing agitation or confusion. 3rd shift clinicians play a vital stabilizing role in this environment and are supported by a multidisciplinary team.About The CentersThe Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio, with a deep commitment to providing comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals - especially those living with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.In 2026, The Centers, in partnership with Cuyahoga County and the ADAMHS Board, will open the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC) - a behavioral health crisis center that includes a Crisis Receiving Center, the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Unit, and a Crisis Stabilization Unit.
