As the overnight mental health professional on site, you will serve individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and substance use crises until they transition to ongoing community services.Salary range $55,309.50-$78,986.50 +$4.00 Shift Premium.Why the 3rd Shift MattersCrisis does not keep business hours. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in Social Work or CounselingActive Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing in Ohio2+ years of experience providing psychosocial or mental health services in behavioral health settingsExperience in crisis intervention servicesBLS certification required at least 2 weeks prior to start date

You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized recovery service plans, and deliver therapeutic counseling that engages individuals in their healing journey. Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a behavioral health facility serving individuals who may be in acute crisis and experiencing agitation or confusion. 3rd shift clinicians play a vital stabilizing role in this environment and are supported by a multidisciplinary team.About The CentersThe Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio, with a deep commitment to providing comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals - especially those living with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.In 2026, The Centers, in partnership with Cuyahoga County and the ADAMHS Board, will open the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC) - a behavioral health crisis center that includes a Crisis Receiving Center, the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Unit, and a Crisis Stabilization Unit.
