Key responsibilities:
- Provide in-lab clinical support for electrophysiology procedures, ensuring optimal product usage and troubleshooting as needed
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and technicians, offering guidance on procedural workflow and product application
- Conduct product training and education for new and existing accounts
- Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities for product adoption and support evaluations
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology, ablation, mapping, and related procedures
- Gather and share procedural insights with the internal team to drive product improvements and customer satisfaction
- Manage a demanding travel schedule to provide case coverage across multiple territories
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac EP, Cath Lab, or EP medical device clinical support (EP experience required)
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight and on short notice (up to 80-90%)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure clinical settings
- You're the "go-to" resource in the lab - trusted, prepared, and calm under pressure
- Physicians and staff request you by name for case coverage
- You proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact the procedure
- Your presence consistently drives product confidence, adoption, and procedural success
