    Job Location / Type
     

    This is a remote, field-based role supporting a high volume of accounts in the South Texas region. Candidates must reside within or near Houston, as frequent travel throughout the territory is a core responsibility. While there is no physical office location, additional regional and national travel will be required based on business needs.

    Job Salary

    Targeted Annual Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000
    Targeted Annual Bonus: 20%

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for providing technical support during the implant of the remed System, and other technical support and training to improve patient outcomes.

    Essential Functions

    • Provide technical support during implant of the remed System.
    • Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of new implanting centers.
    • Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration.
    • Work closely with the Territory Managers to support the sales process.
    • Demonstrates understanding of overnight sleep studies to inform effective patient programming during clinic visits.
    • Train new customers on the remed System programmer and device programming.
    • Work in a dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule.
    • Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities.
    • Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call duties.
    • Support the certification process for new team members as needed.
    • Provide support for team and area clinical scheduling as needed.


    Required/Preferred Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree required (technical or clinical field preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
    • Minimum of 2 years in a clinical support role within medical device
    • Cardiac rhythm management experience strongly preferred
    • Experience supporting implantable device procedures in related specialties (e.g., structural heart, neuromodulation, electrophysiology mapping) in the operating room (OR), cardiac catheterization lab (cath lab), or electrophysiology lab (EP lab) environments will be considered
    • IBHRE certification a plus

    • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to convey complex clinical and technical information clearly to physicians, staff, and patients.
    • Ability to work independently in the field with a high level of ownership and follow-through.
    • Capacity to remain calm, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments.
    • Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to build trust and effective partnerships across teams and accounts.
    • Patient-centered approach with the ability to respectfully advocate for optimal outcomes when needed.


    Travel Requirements

    • Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%

    The annual salary for this position is:

    $100,000.00 to $120,000.00

    This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
