Position Summary:

The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in inpatient settings, including medication therapy management, order verification, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care. Working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, this role partners closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals to support safe, effective, and individualized medication use.
