How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Coordinates daily staffing operations for Float Pool associates in support of Ascension's Float Pool Program to ensure efficient and effective coverage.
  • Manages schedule reviews and updates, oversees absences, and fulfills staffing requests to maintain optimal unit coverage.
  • Facilitates communication between associates and unit managers to align staffing with skills, availability, and facility needs.
  • Maintains accurate scheduling data within staffing systems while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and staffing guidelines.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
