Description

The Clinical Supervisor for the Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Support Services Programs called SPIRIT in Bridgewater and Flemington NJ will be responsible for the overall clinical and administrative duties of the program.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Clinical Supervisor for the Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Support Services Programs called SPIRIT in Bridgewater and Flemington NJ will be responsible for the overall clinical and administrative duties of the program.
  • The clinical responsibilities include supervising and developing clinical and non-clinical staff, overseeing record reviews for clinical appropriateness and quality and running team meetings.
  • The administrative responsibilities include adhering to the state contract and regulations, monitoring billing needs and performing community presentations/outreach for marketing and soliciting referrals.

Qualifications

  • Professional License - LCSW/LPC with certification to supervise.
  • Paneled with all agency insurance carriers.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Familiarity with billing practices and/or willing to learn.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel between two offices.
