Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and passionate BCBA and BCaBA trainees for a Clinical Supervisor Assistant role designed to support individuals actively pursuing certification. This position is ideal for trainees looking to increase unrestricted hours, receive excellent supervision, and gain hands-on clinical experience while providing high-quality ABA services.

This is a no-contract-required position with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, quality supervision, professional growth, and meaningful learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA services to clients under the supervision of a BCBA

Assist with:

  • Data collection and analysis
  • Skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming
  • Treatment plan implementation
  • Participate in unrestricted activities, including:
  • Program development and modification
  • Graphing and data interpretation
  • Writing behavior plans and skill acquisition targets
  • Conducting assessments and preference assessments
  • Parent training and caregiver collaboration
  • Clinical meetings and case discussions
  • Observe and support clinical supervision sessions
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB

Supervision amp; Training

Qualifications

  • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
