    • Join an internationally recognized cardiology practice as an RN Clinical Supervisor, leading a team of approximately 25 clinical staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

    This role provides operational and strategic leadership while partnering closely with physicians, hospital leaders, and interdisciplinary teams. You'll have significant hospital interaction, collaborate with physicians during rounding activities, and help drive exceptional patient care across both clinic and hospital settings.

    Ideal qualifications include:

    • 1+ year of cardiology registered nurse experience
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, complex practice setting
    • Schedule: • Monday-Friday, days (typically 7:00 AM-4:00 PM)
    • Flexible scheduling available
    • Leadership on-call responsibilities

    The Opportunity:

    Manage specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.

    Supervise assigned clinical departments.

    Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.

    Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.

    Assist clinical staff as needed.

    Overall responsibility for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
