New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCAS or LCSW-A) to join our multidisciplinary team in Raleigh, NC. What You'll Do:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, intakes, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Develop individualized treatment plans and psychosocial assessments
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling
• Deliver a minimum of 20 hours of direct patient counseling each week
• Supervise and mentor Substance Abuse Counselors while supporting their professional development
• Identify clinical and case management needs and coordinate appropriate care
• Educate patients on recovery, relapse prevention, and overall wellness
• Obtain urine drug screens and patient identification documentation
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, CARF, and company standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, counselors, and leadership to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active North Carolina LCAS or LCSW-A license required
• Experience providing behavioral health, mental health, addiction, or substance use counseling preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and crisis intervention skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
