  • Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Clearance Requirements: National Background Check with Inquiries, Fingerprints, and Drug Screen.
  • Type of Employment: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
  • Period of Performance: Five years from the date of Award.
  • Paid Time Off: Up to 80 hours per year, which starts accruing on the day of hire.
  • Sick Leave per Year: Up to 56 hours per year, which starts occurring on the day of hire.

Summary of Duties

Clinical Supervisor with specialized expertise in behavioral health services and the treatment of co-occurring disorders. Experienced in providing clinical oversight, staff supervision, case reviews, crisis consultation, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration while ensuring compliance with professional standards and delivering high-quality behavioral health services.

Qualifications

  • The Clinical Supervisor shall have a PHD or PSYD in Psychology, from an APA-CoA-accredited college or university, current licensure in the appropriate discipline required, minimum of five within the past seven years of verifiable experience as a Clinical Supervisor in a psychological program.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision for direct service staff, including case consultations, performance observations, clinical staffing, and ongoing professional development.
  • Conduct case file reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Review, approve, and sign clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and other behavioral health records to maintain quality and accuracy of services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in co-occurring disorders and behavioral health treatment, providing crisis intervention consultation and guidance on complex clinical cases.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, treatment outcomes, and program effectiveness.
