Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

Position Location: Woodbridge, VA

Salary Range: $80K-133K

Overview

The Clinical Services Home Health and Hospice Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet clinical needs and ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery. This role leads a multidisciplinary team, supports clinical staff and physicians, and makes administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership . The Clinical Supervisor also contributes to program development, policy compliance, and staff retention strategies, while promoting exceptional customer service across all areas of responsibility.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.


  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.


  • Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.


  • Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.


  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.


  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.


  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.


  • Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.


  • Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.




Education

  • Associate Nursing Degree




Certification/Licensure

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI within 90 days of hire (Required)


  • One of the following licenses is required :


  • Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR


  • Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR


  • Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR


  • Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)




Experience

  • 2 years of home health or infusion experience (Required)


  • 1 year of supervisory experience (Required)
