Provide support, liaison and supervision for clinical and select administrative activities on evening, night and weekend shifts to maintain continuity of operations. Take appropriate action to identify potential problems and begin corrective actions. To investigate patient care incidents or staff accidents and prepare timely and accurate follow‑up reports. Bachelors Degree in Nursing; or Associates Degree in Nursing and Bachelors Degree in Health Management or Administration; current license within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse; current CPR and ACLS certifications; three years clinical nursing in acute care setting (some critical care nursing preferred); one year of supervisory/management experience in a clinical coordinator or other similar supervisory position
