Clinical Supervisor III- Family Medicine

Are you a compassionate clinical leader who thrives on developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care? Brunswick Forest Family Medicine is seeking a Clinical Supervisor III to help lead our growing primary care practice and make a meaningful impact on the health of our community.

In this role, you'll partner closely with the Clinic Administrator and providers to create an environment where both patients and team members can thrive. You'll oversee daily clinical operations, mentor and develop a team of 20+ clinical staff, and help drive quality, safety, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing clinical team of 20+ team members.
• Partner with physicians and practice leadership to ensure outstanding patient care and an exceptional patient experience.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations to promote efficiency, quality outcomes, and patient safety.
• Support team member growth through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that reflects Novant Health's mission and values.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree, preferred. 
• Experience: Three years of nursing experience, required. Two years of supervisory experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. 
• Additional Skills (required): Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem-solving skills, operate personal computer. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and training.
