Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed
LCSW Clinical Supervisor ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to Clinic Director. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a locally owned, fast-growing clinic focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
What You’ll Do:· Maintain a caseload of 20–22 clients per week
· Provide clinical supervision to a small team of pre-licensed therapists (MSW/LMSW)
· Oversee clinic productivity, documentation, and quality of care
· Support hiring, training, and performance management
· Partner with ownership to drive clinic growth and community outreach
What We’re Looking For:· Active
Virginia LCSW license +
VA Board Approved Supervisor status
· 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience in private practice
· Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment
· Strong knowledge of VA mental health regulations
· Someone who can share their passion for the field with their Supervisees, and ensure that they are provided guidance and support weekly

$1000 Sign-On Bonus Available
We are offering a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time clinicians who begin employment prior to July 30th. The bonus will be paid after 90 days of successful employment.
