Bonnie Brae, a Special Education School and Residential Treatment Facility for at-risk youth, is seeking an Clinical Supervisor to support our dynamic clinical team.  The Clinical Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising and supporting clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services. This role also provides direct clinical services as needed.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinician who is ready to take on a leadership role in a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for clinicians.
  • Oversee treatment teams, clinical coverage, and staff scheduling.
  • Lead documentation review and maintain compliance with state, federal, licensing, and accreditation standards.
  • Facilitate in-service trainings for staff.
  • Coordinate student/intern program placements.
  • Represent Bonnie Brae at external meetings as directed.

Education / License Requirements/Skills/Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work.
  • Active LCSW license in the State of New Jersey (LCADC a plus).
  • Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) required.
  • Post-master’s experience with administrative/clinical supervision in a behavioral health and/or residential setting.
  • Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical documentation compliance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license – not currently suspended or suspended over the last three years due to accidents or moving violations.
