About the client:
They are a well-established mental health organization providing in home services to adults and children throughout the Northeast.
Position Overview
The IHBS Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision by supporting IHBS staff and assisting the Program Director in achieving clinical and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide weekly clinical supervision (1 hour per staff member).
- Conduct diagnostic screening interviews as assigned.
- Review and sign off on clinical documents from supervised clinicians.
- Receive weekly supervision from the Program Director.
- Serve as backup/clinical support for therapists and monitors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new IHBS staff in West Springfield.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
- Independent mental health license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) for at least 6 months.
