Clinical Supervisor, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist

Position OverviewThe Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight, supervision, and leadership to ensure the delivery of high quality, ethical, and effective mental health services. This role supports a whole person care approach by addressing the emotional, psychological, social, and environmental needs of clients. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams to promote best practices, professional growth, and compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and associate level cliniciansEnsure clinical services meet professional, ethical, and regulatory standardsSupport treatment planning that reflects whole person care and evidence based practicesReview clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and complianceProvide guidance on complex clinical cases and crisis situationsCollaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate careSupport staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedbackMaintain knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations and payer requirementsPromote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care

QualificationsActive and unrestricted license as an LMFT or Psychologist in the state of practiceMinimum of two years of post licensure clinical experiencePrior experience providing clinical supervision preferredStrong knowledge of ethical standards, clinical documentation, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to support diverse populations using a culturally responsive approach

Preferred ExperienceExperience in community mental health or outpatient clinical settingsExperience working within multidisciplinary or care coordination teamsFamiliarity with Medi Cal or managed care systems
