Position Overview
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight, supervision, and leadership to ensure the delivery of high quality, ethical, and effective mental health services. This role supports a whole person care approach by addressing the emotional, psychological, social, and environmental needs of clients. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams to promote best practices, professional growth, and compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.


Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and associate level clinicians
Ensure clinical services meet professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Support treatment planning that reflects whole person care and evidence based practices
Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance
Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and crisis situations
Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback
Maintain knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations and payer requirements
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care


Qualifications
Active and unrestricted license as an LMFT or Psychologist in the state of practice
Minimum of two years of post licensure clinical experience
Prior experience providing clinical supervision preferred
Strong knowledge of ethical standards, clinical documentation, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to support diverse populations using a culturally responsive approach


Preferred Experience
Experience in community mental health or outpatient clinical settings
Experience working within multidisciplinary or care coordination teams
Familiarity with Medi Cal or managed care systems
