Description:
• This position involves supervising clinical operations within a healthcare setting in Wainscott, NY.
• The role is full-time with a weekday morning shift.
• Responsibilities include overseeing staff and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively
• Proficient in developing treatment and recovery plans
• Experience with interdisciplinary case conferences
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• Independent license issued by NYS
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) preferred
